Current Projects - Cardiff Stadium & Retail Development - Overview
PMG is involved in everyphase of this £170m development which started in May 2007 and was completed in May 2009.It comprises of:
- 30,000 seater stadium for Cardiff City F.C.
- Athletics Stadium for Cardiff County Council
- Indoor Training Facility (Academy of Sport)
- 480.000 sqft retail development
- Roads and infrastructure improvement
