Current Projects - Hastie

PMG has acquired 7.3 acres of industrial land from Bernard Hastie and co at Morfa Road, Swansea. The site is also adjacent to land owned by Network Rail and both parties have entered into a JV which PMG will lead to present a residential planning permission in early 2009.
