Acquisition of 100,000 sq ft industrial unit in 2003. A refurbishment programme has included the demolition of 35,000 sq ft to provide a more balanced product with yard area for the industrial market.
35,000 sq ft was let to MSA in July and the investment was sold to Highcross in September 2004 for £2.3m.
