PMG Canal Parade Ltd signed a joint venture with two engineering companies, Cyrus Engineering Ltd and Taylor & Sons, who are neighbours on a 3.15 acre site which is situated in a strategic development area for Cardiff.

Surrounded by the Callaghan Square development undertaken by MEPC, the site had potential for a number of uses that are currently being explored by PMG on behalf of the JV.

A residential consent for 164,000 Sq was eventually achieved on the site. The process also included various leasehold & covenant restrictions negotiated with Cardiff City Council.
