PMG acquired this site from the The Bible College of Wale and who entered into a joint venture with them to maximise the value of the 3.5 acre site.

We secured a planning permission for 54 new homes and apartments on this exclusive site. This was a complex planning permission and demonstrated PMG's continual expertise in solving planning issues to maximise value.

The site was sold to Taylor Wimpey in 2007 and set a record land value per acre for Swansea.
