This is an ongoing project managed by Llandarcy Park Ltd, initially set up as a subsidiary of PMG Developments Plc.
An existing sports pavilion, together with 80 acres of development land was acquired from BP Oil Ltd in 1998. A development agreement was also entered into with BP Oil Ltd in respect of a new sports facility and an hotel.
In 2004 a new indoor sports facility (pre-let to Neath College) was built and planning consent for a residential development was obtained. In 2006 the company was sold and the training facilities are now the home of the Ospreys rugby team.
