Portfolio - Leisure - Sports Cafe

Completed in late 1998, this site was specifically developed for Sports Café International. A self-contained property of 13,000 sq ft (part new build and part listed building) this was let on a 25 year FRI lease at £170,000 pa. In 2002, a surrender was agreed with Sports Café and we successfully obtained planning consent for a residential development of 49 luxury apartments. The site was then sold to the Berkeley Group plc.

SPORTS CAFE, Birmingham 
Also developed for Sports Café International, this Broad Street property was sold to the occupier in 2002.
