In 2002 PMG Estates completed a 40,000sq ft office building with approx 170 car parking spaces, on a design and build basis, which was pre-let to Gwent Consulting, a Government department. Gwent Consulting was created to amalgamate the highway departments of the original five County Boroughs that make up Gwent.

The investment was sold on practical completion.
