Directors - Paul Guy
Paul Guy has been involved in property and investment since 1983.
Prior to 1983 he was a manager with Arthur Andersen & Co, Chartered Accountants having worked in their London, Toronto and Calgary offices. In 1983 he joined the Bailey Group as Managing Director. He remained in this position until 1994 when he negotiated the reverse takeover of Markheath plc, a quoted property company with Bailey Investments Ltd. Following the take over, Markheath plc was renamed TBI plc and he became the Chief Executive until 1996 when he resigned and set up PMG.
He is also a non-executive director in Phoenix plc, an advertising agency (www.phoenixplc.com), Elinia Web Services (www.elinia.com) and a director of Cardiff City Football Club.
