Directors - Nick Iacono
Nick Iacono (48) qualified as a chartered surveyor following graduation in the late 80’s. He went on to work for local chartered surveyors Fletcher Morgan and then moved into the development sector as Group Development Surveyor with developer PMH Properties developers of Cardiff Gate Business Park.
Later he started Steepholm Property Advisors with Mike Hall where his primary role was to focus mainly on the property investment side of the business. More recently, Nick returned to development and has built and sold office property, retail for Somerfield food stores and budget hotels for a national chain. Aside of participating in new business opportunities, Nick will focus on the re-development of key areas of Trident Park, a 50 acre site in central Cardiff.
Having worked with both Paul and Mike in the past, he was delighted to join PMG as a director of one of the group companies; PMG Ltd. He describes the work as being both diverse and very stimulating with the emphasis being generally toward ‘big ticket’ schemes. Nick joined the company in the autumn of 2006.
