Directors - Philippa Cole
Philippa Cole (42) has specialised in planning and development consultancy since graduation in 1988. She worked in London for Town Planning Consultancy Ltd for 8 years before becoming a director of that company and setting up their Cardiff office. Between 2001 and 2004 she was a director of RPS in Cardiff. She has acted for many retailers, pension funds, occupiers, developers and house builders and has been planning consultant and presented evidence on several major schemes in England and Wales. These include Liberty Stadium and Retail Park, Swansea, Ikea (Cardiff, Bristol, Nottingham and Thurrock), Bluestone Pembrokeshire, Cardiff City Stadium, Cardiff Athletics and Capital Retail Park as well as numerous housing , foodstore and retail park schemes.
Philippa has worked with Paul, Mike and Nick on several schemes since 1997. She joined PMG Ltd as a director in autumn 2007. She considers the prospects of planning on all new sites, manages all development projects through the planning process and is increasingly involved in site finding and disposal.
