PMG are pleased announce that we have submitted a planning application for a new Drive Thru on this highly prominent and busy location at Junction 35 of the M4. If planning permission is successful, a new operation on this site is likely to create 25 new jobs for the area.
We are pleased to report that excellent progress is being made with the above scheme which is on target for completion late August 2017. As a result of the progress all external scaffolding is now being removed which enables this very high quality development to be seen in its full glory. Bookings are being taken on a weekly basis for accommodation at the above for the new Academic Year to start in September 2017 and we look forward to welcoming everyone.
A planning application has been submitted for 618 new dwellings. The application site is highly sustainable and well served by public transport which would be enhanced further with pedestrian and cycle facilities. Having been previously proposed for allocation in the Caerphilly Draft Deposit Plan it is now with the planning officers at Caerphilly Council for decision.
Our contractors have today started on site with the construction of this new Drive Thru Coffee Outlet at Coryton Cardiff.
PMG have acquired unconditionally this 4.3 acre site at Penallta, Ystrad Mynach. The site, which is very well located just north of Caerphilly is ideally suited for a new build residential scheme and will be brought forward this year.
