The purchase of this highly prominent site from Welsh Assembly Government which was conditional upon receipt of planning for a new Drive Through has been completed. It is our intention to commence development on site as soon as possible in order that the build can be completed. Upon completion 25 jobs will be created to operate the new development scheme.
We are very pleased that having worked with a Local Registered Social Landlord a planning application has now been submitted for the construction of 47 new homes on this redundant brownfield site. The proposed scheme will provide a range of housing types for the area. As a result of this application an abandoned large pond located on site will also be preserved for the benefit of the local angling club and community.
Working with a historical and well respected landowner, PMG have agreed terms for a promotion agreement on a four acre parcel of land in Danescourt, Cardiff. Over the next six months the baseline work will be carried out in order to enable a planning application to be submitted. The site will have the potential for forty plus new homes in what is a very sustainable and desirable location.
This new Starbucks Drive Thru in Cardiff has just been completed by PMG and today opens to welcome its first customers.
We are very proud to announce that today we have opened this amazing development and we are welcoming the first 100 plus students arriving with us on this first intake weekend to take residence in what we believe is the best Student Accommodation offering in the marketplace. We welcome our students to their new home in the form of their huge studio rooms and we hope they take their pick this weekend of getting some exercise in the gym, playing against some of their new friends in one of the gaming rooms, playing music in the only dedicated music room in student accommodation in Cardiff, hanging out in the luxurious common areas or watching a movie in the full size cinema screen movie theatre.
Next weekend sees the next intake of up to a further 100 students.
