PMG have acquired unconditionally this 4.3 acre site at Penallta, Ystrad Mynach. The site, which is very well located just north of Caerphilly is ideally suited for a new build residential scheme and will be brought forward this year.

PMG have exchanged contracts with The Welsh Assembly Government on a 0.6 acre highly prominent roadside development site at Pencoed, immediately off Junction 35 of the M4. It is intended that a scheme will be drawn up for a planning application over the next two months which if successful, will result in the creation of at least 25 new jobs on site.
This scheme has been a resounding success with Oaktree Homes having delivered a high quality scheme of 25 properties in total. Demand was strong for this development and as of today the final property has gone under offer.
Planning consent was granted today for a new Drive Thru at Coryton in Cardiff. It is intended that work will commence on site in February 2017 with completion to be scheduled for July 2017. The completed development will see the creation of 25 new jobs and we are looking forward to starting on site.
