PMG have exchanged contracts with The Welsh Assembly Government on a 0.6 acre highly prominent roadside development site at Pencoed, immediately off Junction 35 of the M4. It is intended that a scheme will be drawn up for a planning application over the next two months which if successful, will result in the creation of at least 25 new jobs on site.
The former Next retail unit (2) is currently under offer to a National high street retailer.
The letting comes on the back of Next relocating into a 40,000 sq ft store on the park to include an element of fashion in their offering.
The final letting will leave the park 100% let following the recent Pod office lettings and the new Next store opening in August.
