-Former Maskreys store opens its doors to Sainsburys
Sainsburys have opened a new convenience store at the former Maskreys store at Whitchurch Road, Cardiff. Having acquired the building in February 2011, PMG set about substantial reconfiguration of the building in order that Sainsburys could take occupation. In addition to the ground floor alterations, PMG have submitted a planning application for a nine unit apartment scheme at the first and second floors with car parking.
