At PMG Developments, we recognise the need for quality public sector developments and believe that joint initiatives offer the opportunity to deliver them. In 1998, in partnership with Cardiff County Council, we successfully upgraded the city’s cleansing depot by relocating two outdated facilities to one new, modern site on the outskirts of Cardiff.

The two old depots were developed to provide much needed residential and retail property and subsequently sold to Countryside and LIDL foodstores respectively.
