This involved the relocation of a 40,000 sq ft industrial/show room facility to a purpose built unit nearby so that the existing unit could be included in a major urban regeneration project to provide approximately 25 acres of brownfield development land for residential use. The majority of this site was assembled in a tripartite agreement with Persimmon Homes and Bellway. Planning consent was obtained in November 2004 for approximately 350 residential units.
