Current Projects - St Edyrns Village, Cardiff

PMG has assembled a collaboration agreement on a 120 acre site between St Mellons and Pontprennau in North Cardiff with a view to creating a new Sustainable Village for Cardiff together with a Waterside Park. This potential residential site could supply 1000 much needed family houses in Cardiff. The site has been put forward as a candidate site for Cardiff Councils LDP.
