Current Projects - Capital Retail Park

PMG has formed a 50:50 JV Partnership with Capital and Regional Plc to develop a new 480,000 sq.ft retail park – Capital Shopping Park. In April 2009 PMG bought out Capital & Regional’s share in the retail park and is now the sole owner.

As at January 2011 the park is over 95% let with tenants including Costco, M&S. DW Sports Fitness, Hobycraft, Mamas & Papas, Next, Costa Coffee, Game, Greggs, Ladbrookes, McDonald’s, SCS, KFC, Smyths Toys, Carphone Warehouse, Reflections Hairdressers, Maplin Electronics, Les Croupiers Casino and the supermarket sold to ASDA
