Current Projects - Residential Development – Church Village
In November 2010 PMG acquired an option on a fifty acre site in Church Village. The site is adjacent to the new Church Village bypass and benefits from an allocation for residential development in the Local Plan. This complex site involves land assembly, dealing with the various constraints to include significant ecological issues, previous mine workings, overhead powerlines and flooding. Once all of the various issues can be resolved a planning application will be worked up and submitted.
