Current Projects - Former Maskreys, Whitchurch Road

In February 2011 PMG acquired the former Maskreys unit on Whitchurch Road, Cardiff.

Shortly after exchange on the unit PMG agreed terms with Sainsburys for a 4,000 sq ft convenience store on a 15 year term.   Sainsbury’s subsequently opened for trade in August 2011.

PMG has since gained planning permission for 9 large 2 bed residential units ranging from 770 sq.ft to 1250 sq.ft at 1st and 2nd floors.
