Current Projects - Trade & Business Park

Trident Trade and Industrial Centre, Ocean Park, Cardiff. Comprising of a series of modern buildings ranging from 6,000 sq ft to 20,000 sq ft of B1, B2 and B8 businesses with ample parking, loading and goods vehicle circulation space.  Trident Park was subsequently sold to ING Pension Fund in 2011.
