Student Accommodation Development in Cardiff
PMG handled the development of The Fitzalan, a purpose-built student accommodation facility in the heart of Cardiff. This was a very exciting project for us—The Fitzalan’s central location and modern design promised to make it a very attractive proposition for Cardiff’s many university students.Construction commenced in 2016 and was completed in time for the beginning of the 2017/18 academic year. The first students moved into the high-quality studio units in September 2017.
