Nantyffin
NantyffinSwansea, WalesAcquisition of multiphase investment / development opportunity from Capital & Regional PLC. Phase 1 represented a completed 40,000 sq.ft retail warehouse let to Comet and Allied Carpets. Phase 2 represented 30,000 sq.ft pre-let to MFI & SCS. Site assembly and planning resolved for part sale to Tesco. Both phases sold to Tesco.
Wickes
WickesWalesWickes investment was purchased in 2015, following 2 years of ownership a surrender of the lease with Wickes was agreed and a sale of the freehold to a safe store operator was agreed in 2017.
